Courtney Bowman is a lead of Palantirʼs in-house Privacy and Civil Liberties team, with extensive experience working with local government (including law enforcement, criminal justice, health and social services) to develop technology-driven solutions to information sharing and inter-agency cooperation in a manner that respects applicable privacy, security, and data integrity requirements. Courtney also leads a number of Palantir’s initiatives to assist NGOs and law enforcement agencies in combating human trafficking and provide victims with rehabilitation and support services. Prior to Palantir, Bowman earned degrees in Physics and Philosophy at Stanford University and worked as a quantitative and economic analyst at Google. Bowman is co-author of the recently released The Architecture of Privacy.
