Parking & Transportation
We encourage guests to use public transportation, if possible. The nearby Downtown Berkeley BART station is a two-minute walk from the David Brower Center and a seventeen-minute walk to Sutardja Dai Hall. Guests can also visit 511.org for additional public transportation options.

Limited paid parking near Sutardja Dai Hall is available at the Lower Hearst parking structure on Hearst Avenue. Public parking is available only on Level 2 of the Lower Hearst structure; enter from Scenic Ave. and park in the gold-colored section of the lot. Parking is cash-only ($15/day, $9/half-day), and tickets are dispensed from machine located inside the parking structure.
